Overview
Cisco has released a security advisory reporting on an actively exploited, critical vulnerability to its Identity Services Engine (ISE). A successful exploit could allow an attacker to gain unauthorised access to the device due to insufficient authentication control on an API endpoint.

- 3.1 until Patch 12

Android released a security bulletin detailing the security vulnerabilities affecting Google Pixel devices. One of those vulnerabilities, CVE-2026-58704, is recognised as being actively exploited. If the logic error is successfully exploited, this can lead to permission checks being bypassed and remote escalation of privilege. This impacts Pixel devices from the Pixel 6 up to the Pixel 11 Pro.

Affected Versions:
- All Pixel device users are recommended to install the latest system security update (released on the 5th of September).
Check Point has released a report on a recent stack overflow vulnerability within the login process for their Security Management and Log Servers. A successful exploitation of this vulnerability would enable an attacker to run arbitrary code remotely with root privileges on the exposed server.
